Preparations for filming of "Public Enemies" continues.

Building modifications began this week. The entire four blocks of the downtown business district will be used for filming. The district is currently in "make-up" being readied for filming. About a dozen workers removed signs and awnings in the downtown business district. Lifts lined the streets as signs came down and were loaded in trucks. The workforce doubles next week as construction moves into high gear.

Filming in downtown Columbus scheduled for mid March.
